    Dr. Hoch is excellent. He truly cares about his patients, as well as their satisfaction with their treatment. It shows when he calls to follow up after fillings or other dental procedures. I absolutely recommend him.

    I broke my tooth and in the same day i broke it i got seen, and had what they were going to do explained to me, they were very courteous and friendly. They put me at easy, even though i love going to the dentist, because i never had to have a tooth pulled. I went back to have my tooth pulled within a week of my first appointment. They then explained once again what i would go through and all the while they were talking about things that i liked to listen to. They were talking about movies trying to help me relax in the chair, it was really nice of them. Afterwards they explained what i was supposed to do, and they wrote me a prescription. I didn't have very much discomfort other than the day my tooth was pulled. the following days it didn't bother me, other than the stitches. The only reason the stitches bothered me was because they were something foreign in my mouth. My first appointment didn't cost me a fortune like i thought it would the second one didn't either. I am going to keep going back for all of my dental needs!

    I moved To a new town and put off locating a new dentist, until I woke up to pain and swelling in my mouth due to an infected tooth. I was contacted by Dr Hoch's office right away and was seen that day. After a week on antibiotics I had a root canel to fix the problem. I was completely satisfied with everything and I'm happy to have found a dentist.

    I went to Dr. Hoch's office for an appointment for myself and my 2 boys. The staff was very nice and very attentive. My kids loved it they are 3 & 5, the ladies were very patient and very caring. Dr. Hoch was kind and when I found out my 5yr old needed a filling I was upset. Dr. Hoch explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel alot better. When my son went back to get the filling I was nervous and scared for him, Dr. Hoch and his staff handled him very well and my son even got a sticker for being such a great patient. My kids and I can't wait to go back and look forward to out next appointment!

    I took my 3 year old son in for his first dental exam. I was told to arrive early to fill out paper work. When I arrived I signed in and was ignored by the 3 staff members in the office I even stood at the window for a few minutes waiting and the only time we were acknowledged was when one of them yelled at my son for climbing on the chairs. Eventually we were called to an exam room and asked for the paperwork. I told them I was never given any and I was told that I need to sign in when I arrive. I told them that I did. How else did they know to call us back to an exam room? I was then told to sit in aplastic kiddie chair (while holding my 1 year old son) and fill out the paper work while the tech tried to clean my sons teeth. He was a little scared and nervous and although she was trying to be very nice to him it was obvious she was getting impatient. I was unable to help her because every 3 minutes another staff member would come ask if I was done with the paper work yet. Juggling a 1 year old and a clip board hunched in a corner on a chair made for toddlers isn't as easy as it sounds. She eventually did a few ticks that got him to calm down and I eventually finished the paper work. I only saw her actually clean about 2 teeth. She called Dr. Hoch in and my son got nervous again-remember, 3 year old, first trip to dentist-and he wouldn't open his mouth. Dr Hoch was very abrupt and not kid friendly with him. He tried for about 45 seconds to get my son to open his mouth and then threw his hands up and said "I don't fight with kids" and walked out of the room. I honestly thought he was joking and was gonna come back in and try again. But the tech just turned to me and asked if I wanted to schedule his follow up for July. I said no. He might be a better Dr. for adults but he is Definately not for kids. The staff is clearly unorganized and in attentive and the Dr has terrible bedside manor. My son didn't get a full cleaning, didn't get examined by the Dr., and is even more scared of the dentist now than before. It was a horrible experience, one I wish we didn't have to pay for. And, I have no idea what the cost will be because no one bothered to discuss any of that with me. We will never go back to this office again and I don't recommend it to anyone else,especially anyone with kids.
