Dr. Kim and the hygienist were very kind at my first visit and explained what was going to happen at the visit and after the visit. Dr. Kim even called me at home to let me know he would be calling me later after he had consulted with my oncologist, however, there was never any further calls. I had to make two calls to the office when "Brooklyn" said they had tried to reach me and I never called back. There were no record of any calls made to my phone. I received 3 cards from the office saying I missed my apt on 5/27/2015, however, that WAS the day I was there. Two different times I called the office to find out the plan and two different times I never received a call back. The second time I called it was a male voice who said they were closing the office for the 4th of July and wouldn't be back until July 9th and he would call me back. I never received that call. I decided to switch dentists and made a call to the office asking for a copy of my records. They were "happy" to do that for me and never even asked why. When I arrived to pick up the records, Brooklyn made no effort to apologize or make things right. I wonder how often this has happened to others or if Dr. Kim even knows that his front office staff may be responsible for this happening to others. I paid my bill in full when I left the office on my first visit and even have a good dental plan. Amazed at the lack of concern for a departing patient. I could say so much more about the incompetence, but just know I will never visit them again or recommend this practice.
