I brought a book, prepared to wait for my cleaning. But there was zero waiting. I was politely and cheerfully greeted by Andrea, the hygienist. She lead me to a back room and seated me in a comfortable massage chair where I was offered the control to the heat and waves. I found Andrea to be very gentle, which helped me relax even more. Also, she did not engage in ongoing chatter, which I have always disliked when my mouth is gaping open and I am unable to respond. I overheard the receptionist on the phone and noted that she was very polite and respectful, causing me to think, "If I had a business, I would want her to work in it." In my interaction with Dr. Foutz, I found that he took his time with me, answered my questions, and explained the state of my mouth and needed procedures. He offered options, and he supported my decisions, making me happy to know that I was the leader of my oral healthcare. His right hand woman was warm and friendly, and seemed very efficient. I left the office on both visits thinking, "There's no reason any longer to delay the dreaded dental appointments, as this experience was pleasant." The only suggestion might be to not withhold the displayed lip glosses that can (at this time) only be given if one "likes" the clinic on facebook. Many older clients might wish to have one, but are not computer knowledgeable. The rest of us would rather give our word that we will carry through, and take one now rather than returning later for the lip moisturizer. I would recommend that anybody who shows interest, allow them to take one. Overall, I rate my experience in this clinic 5 star, and I will recommend Dr. Foutz and staff to my friends and family.
