Our priority is to deliver quality care in a comfortable and convenient setting. Feel free to watch television during any of our high-tech restorative and cosmetic dental procedures, which include Cerec®, Invisalign® and Zoom!® teeth whitening. Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available for anxious patients. We are also open late and on Saturdays for your convenience.

    everything was fine through the consultation. the next visit I was to have four teeth pulled and the partial plate put in, but the partial plate, I was told was not correct and was missing a tooth and the remaking of the plate would take 10 to 14 days. I am on blood thinner and had been off them for five days, so to limit my time off the blood thinners I had them pull the teeth and when with a plate for approx. ten days. the remake work out good. the dentist who did the works was excellent and caring. I was not offered and compensation for the inconvenience of the mistake.

    I have been called 3 times know to come in and get my partial everytime on the day of my appointment dr woods office calls and tells me there's a problem with the lab I've been waiting over a month very dissapointed

    I went on Tue 10/10 for an emergency visit, I paid over $100 out of pocket for an xray. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that need to be removed. I met with two dentist that day (one was Dr. Woods) who looked at me. I was then told I needed $4600 worth of work in addition to my tooth being pulled. Without explanation of any of it I was handed a bill. I scheduled the tooth removal for that Fri 10/13, mind you I've already been in pain for two weeks prior. I was anticipating this tooth extraction. So 10/13 I came in waited a while for my turn, get in the back, prep for this tooth removal and the doctor comes in and looks in my mouth and says I can't do it refer her to an oral surgeon AND THAT WAS IT!! He said nothing to me! The receptionist handed me a piece of paper with another phone number on it and that was all I got. WHY did he not say this on Tuesday!?!?! I could of had this problem taken care of!! I said what am I supposed to do now? They said call that number, like WTF!! So I called the number, no answer - so I drove to the place, they were closed. I had to start this process all over when he could of told me Tuesday that he could not do it I should see an oral surgeon! I was very very upset and pissed off.

    had to wait 40 minutes from my appointment time to be taken back. no apologies. no x-ray was done. hygienist said they would do that next time. but that's what the hygienist said LAST spring. i was so late by that time, i let it slide. i reported i had felt pain, but "everything looked good." i'll have to go back if pain comes back.

    I am always disappointed at the amount of time I sit waiting both in the waiting room and in the chair. An appt. for a recheck recently took 2 hours. The time I spent with Dr. Woods was 3-4 minutes. I hate sitting an waiting for an hour after my appt.time. Then I have to wait for Dr. Woods to get to my room, and I can hear him going in and out of rooms other than mine. It's so annoying.

    always a pleasure getting my teeth polished. and I am not a good patient when it comes to work on my mouth. had several bad experiences in past but dental hygienist is great. very calm and relaxing.

    The office is really old but once you get passed that it's amazing. From the staff to the dentist you can actually relax a little. For someone who hates going to the dentist I'm a little more comfortable now going to Dr. Woods office.

    The book keeper -or billing dept. was unable to identify a charge - give an explanation what the charge is for. This was after calling two times & leaving messages - not getting an answer back - or a call back, then going into the office & personally asking her - she said she would research it- said it had to do with my daughter Lauren, but was unable to say when or what it was for. She did not look for me to tell me. I had to go up to the desk & ask for her again. She had left the office & the girl at the desk repeated the same thing the book-keeper already said to me that was not a good enough answer to compel me to pay the bill. I pay half at the beginning of the dental work & pay the other total the final time work is done. So if you are going to charge more than what the insurance pays you must tell me at the beginning or explain why if you expect payment. Plus, I should not have to chase your bookkeeper around.

    I must say I was a little nervous when I first came here after reading some of the reviews from previous patients. But I must say I am very pleased and happy with everything . The staff is super friendly always making sure you are comfortable. The dentist here make sure to explain everything to you and understanding . I am so happy I made the choice to come here .
