    I scheduled my appointment in July. Two weeks before my appointment I was told that my appointment had to be rescheduled and a new date was just given to me. Then one week before the new appointment, a different person called and rescheduled it for another date. The morning of the last appointment, I was called AGAIN to reschedule later that day. I already had a prior commitment so I said I couldn't reschedule. Then, twenty minutes before my appointment, they called yet again and told me they needed to move me to a different day!!! At this point I was livid and had to explain why I should not be moved again. The response I received was, "Well, we try to do what is best for you and us." I was allowed to keep my appointment but I will never go back again! During the appointment, the dentist tried to have me come in four times a year instead of two. Seems like they are only out for themselves!

    I did not like my first exam....4 people did 4 seperate things and no one knew what was going on. I feel that the whole thing was just a sale to get me to do more treatment and was way to unorganized. I cancelled my next appointment right way but still received emails to confirm two different appointments. And now a survey to ask about my recent visit which I never had. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEM!!!

    I was a bit shocked when I arrived and told that I had a form of gum disease and required a deep cleaning. Prior to this day, none of the dentists or oral hygienists notified or recommended a deep cleaning let alone told me I'd require the procedure. I was told by a friend in the insurance industry that this practice is generally an attempt to get more from the insurance companies - to find out the max and exploit it. Seeing how this was brought up at the last minute, you can imagine how suspicious this looks. Especially the up-sell in the chair to buy a special kind of prescription strength mouthwash.

    While the dentist was great, the rest of the experience was terrible. My experiences have been very bizarre. 1) I wasn't told that someone else bought the practice and that my dentist had changed. I had to inquire as to why my dentist had changed. 2) I had to take a picture and attach it to my record...it was on some random iPhone in the office. 3) When I sat in the chair, the names and numbers of other clients were visible along with what times and procedures they were undergoing. 4) I was told five minutes before one of my scheduled appointment that I wouldn't have my appointment because they didn't get the package. This after multiple txt messages, emails and calls reminding me of said appointment. I made significant adjustments to be available to make the scheduled appointment (scheduled more than two weeks in advance.). 5) After my procedure, I felt I had been punched in the face. 6) The assistant did a lot of the work and resulted in the procedure taking longer than normal.

    I feel I was pushed into a deep cleaning procedure with insufficient information. I have dental insurance with Kaiser - How much of the visit was covered by this insurance.     Apparently this location was yet again purchased by a new owner. I had no idea and was surprised with entirely all new people and processes including having my picture taken which I didnt expect. It also appeared that the new owners don't have a complete set of records for me so I am forced to explain from my recollection the proceedures I had the year before. Finally, a follow up appointment was made but there were no details provided about what was going to be done or what my out of pocket expenses would be. When I followed up with a phone call to get this information, I was redirected to someone's cell phone and told they were on lunch and to call back later. I hate going to the dentist in general so this was a pretty sub-par experience for me.

    I know it was the last day of the year, but my last appointment was not a pleasant experience. I sat in the waiting room with numbing q-tips in my cheeks for 20 minutes after I was asked to leave my treatment chair so someone else could get taken care of. I felt the dentist was rushed, he did not explain what fillings he was doing and I will need to have him smooth edges when I come back. Too rushed. My first appointment I was also shuffled around into different chairs and also had a long wait, I am hoping this is not the norm.

    My overall experience was poor. Mainly because of the hustle of the current staff. I should have been notified of the change in ownership and staff. The last group was wonderful. I hope that this group will change their tactics.
