From the X-ray tech to the office mgr, who covered all the costs thoroughly with me, to my dentist, who put me so at ease, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, comfortable experience.     The office should call me when dr arrived late for emergency. I had to wait for almost two hours, then a person that had apt after me, he met the doctor first. We are all working. Should treat every one equally.

    Everything was great other than something hot was allowed to lie across the top of my head during the procedure and literally burned off a cluster of hairs about an inch from my scalp. Smelled something odd, but didn't realize what happened until I got to the car and saw some loose hairs on my head when I looked in the mirror. But crown fits and feels great!

    I'm always super nervous going to dentist. Assistant put jazz on for me and the dentist was super gentle always stopping to make sure I was not in any pain. Best dental experience I had on a long time. Both took their time to answer my questions and went over procedure in details.

    I think the xray technician, hygienist, and dentist were kind, friendly, courteous, patient and professional. But I don't like receiving the junk mail letter every month that assumes I am not a patient and I've been a patient since 2014. I also don't like that I have to tell the financial person every single time that I have to have a deep cleaning each time and that my insurance does not cover that. I also don't like that the upfront person wants to charge me more than the agreed upon price and that I had to sign a paper with the incorrect total on it, which probably added to the confusion. In summary the financial person and the upfront person need to be better informed or check with someone else.
