Our practice believes in offering patients efficient, convenient care that they can afford. We educate and promote oral health to everyone who makes an appointment with us.     horrible wait times. I told the people at the front and the dentist assistant my son needs to see a specialist for the iron stand on his teeth and that he needed fluoride treatment on his teeth and I was never able to do either. the worst thing about this place is the wait time. I waited almost 3 hours once and my son was in there less than 20 minutes. ridiculous. I moved him to another dentist!

    The AMAZING surgeon is very skilled in my opinion. The healing process has been going great and I believe its attributed to his ability to perform surgery. I had a quadruple extraction and the pain should have been a lot worse DURING the process and AFTER. I've had surgeries before to compare. My respect. The receptionists do a HORRIBLE job. The moment I walked in with a wisdom tooth infection, they attempted to dismiss me saying that they couldn't help me and to go somewhere else. I had to do their job and contact my old dentist to fax over papers 3 times. I was adamant and eventually got an appointment with the surgeon and got my procedure done. They gave me the wrong date for the appointment and called me a few days before to tell me it was 10 days earlier which created schedule related problems for me. I should not have had to fight so hard. Again, the receptionists didn't even ask to 1. reschedule me for a followup appointment or 2.explain to me the details of post surgery care. I guess they were too busy chatting! I am running away! forever

    Had dental appointment for deep cleaning and 1 filling. My only problem with West Coast is that they book so many people at the same time that I think it puts them way behind schedule. However West Coast has the best prices and does offer several payment plans. I like being able to break up the services that I need. The staff are very cordial and seem to enjoy what they do.

    on may 26 they had me waiting for over an hour and a half just o do x rays and when they were about to do the fillings they said to come back because the dentist was going for lunch so I had to re schedule for jun2 and this time it was a little better the wait is aweful they need to do something about the wait if they give you an appointment it should be at that time I don't understand why the wait more than an hour and a half whit appointment is ridiculous.

    There is a serious lack of communication at this dental office. I will not be returning anytime. I was informed of several different treatments and received only one after making a second appointment to get my work done for a medical emergency. My dental assistant, and dentist told me FOUR different things that I would be worked on in one office visit just to end up getting one small filing done. Horrible experience.

    I switched dentists. I didn't feel like they knew what they were doing. My daughter had pain on her back tooth and the way they wanted to do things felt unprofessional. I switched to magicland dental, and They did my daughters X-rays again. And found so many things west coast dental failed to notice. And they were able to help my daughter without having to wait or have her checked several times before actually doing anything like west coast dental was doing. And west coast dental was offering me things I had to pay extra out of pocket for when the other dentists had other options to where my insurance would cover and I didn't have to pay out of pocket for. I'm so glad I switched and my daughter got the care she actually needed. West coast dental really needs to get it together.

    I had pain because a baby tooth was being pushed by an adult molor. The dentist explained I could wait for the tooth to get really so I could pull it out or get some numbing and let the Dr pull it. I let the Dr pull it out. It was so cool! I can't wait to go back.

    Had my teeth cleaned and gums treated. The gum treatment was unexpected therefore, I had to set up a payment plan. I am totally dissatisfied on how that worked for my first deduction. My visit was on 2/18 and I set up two automated deductions for 3/18 and 4/18. The first deduction was taken out 2 days prior to the date. I think that was totally unethical. I went into the office to find out why the deduction was taken out prior to the date and was told that if it falls on a weekend they will take out early. That would have been fine if it had been explained to me. I tried to talk to the office manager, Denise Mares but she refused to talk to me over the phone or come out into the office to speak to me. I don't know if she is the office manager or not but its the name I was given. I think that if the date of the deduction is going to fall on a weekend date, the date should be adjusted. I have the final payment that is scheduled to come out on April 18, I hope that it does not come out sooner than the date scheduled. Western Dental should have had the March 18 payment submitted for March 18 as I agreed to and if it wad later, it would have been the following Monday. I think that this situation is totally unprofessional. However, I have experienced a lot of unprofessionalism in this office. It has gotten much better, but this experience caused me to think that there are still areas of improvement in this office. If I have such an experience again, I may have to see if you do have offices that are totally professional. I would change plans if I could based on this experience.
