    Because I needed pre medication I was aat a loss to find a Dentist who was'nt reluctant to take an emergency patient . He took very good care of me.

    I like the dentist himself. However, his front office staff is now a different story. There have been personnel changes since I first started seeing him. The procedures he wants to do now is NOT covered by my dental insurance, I can't afford it as I live on a fixed retirement pension, and the front office staff refuses to schedule another appointment unless I come up with an amount of money, in a lump sum, that I CANNOT afford! I'm stuck in a Catch-22!

    professional staff, which is important to me. I have left good doctors due to their staff's actions or lack there of. The video showing what to expect among other things, was a very good touch. So far, so good!

    Very poor quality. From the moment I walked in the office I felt that I was not welcomed. The receptionists were unprofessional. I waited one hour and a half before I was called back, even though I arrived on time. The co-pay was different than what was originally told to me by 1800-dentist. I was told that there was no co pay and no up front fees, however the dental office wanted 20percent payment for service before it was performed. I walked out without being seen in disbelief, totally frustrated and still in pain from a sore tooth. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Robert Harmon
