I am a baby when going to the dentist, but Dr Kwaitkowski made me feel very comfortable. He and his assistant explained everything clearly and I feel like I have a better understanding of my dental issues. I'm very pleased with my treatment.

His staff was professional, very friendly and took time to listen to me. I haven't been to the dentist in several years and they didn't give me grief about that...they just fixed what was wrong...I will definately go back..

I CAN NOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL DR. MARSCHIK WAS. AFTER BEING MISLED BY TWO PREVIOUS DENTISTS WHO RECOMMEND AN IMPLANT, SHE WAS ABLE TO MAKE ME FEEL AT EASE AND WAS GENTLE IN HER APPROACH. MANY DENTIST DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT VISITING A DENTIST IS OFTEN A FRIGHTENING SITUATION. SHE LAID OUT A PLAN OF TREATMENT WHICH IS GOING TO TAKE WEEKS TO COMPLETE. SOME HOW, I JUST DON'T MIND GOING THROUGH IT. AFTER ITS ALL SAID AND DONE, I AM GETTING THE SAME WORK THAT THE OTHER DENTISTS RECOMMENDED. IN MY OPINION, ITS JUST THE WAY IT WAS PRESENTED TO ME AND HOW I WAS TREATED AS A VALUED CLIENT. I HAVE REFERRED DR. MARSCHIK TO MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER. THANK YOU TO DAN.

I will not say anything bad about the man. But, I will say that his patient to doctor manner is non-existant. He acts rough and non-caring. I will not return. I would not even allow my dog to be treated by this dentist

I was very specific about the fact that I needed a payment plan with a dentist and would not qualify for credit. The operator found a dentist close to my home and called to possibly set something up for me. I told both the 1-800 operator and the receptionist that he contacted about my situation. The receptionist reassured me the doctor would more than likely be able to make arrangements with me. When I arrived for the emergency appointment (made an hour and a half later) that first thing she handed me was the application for credit. I reiterated the fact as already discussed on the phone. She said the doctor would like to see that I did at least apply. This was obviously a breach of our entire conversation and the reason I set up the appointment. I complied. It was denied. I was than taken into the exam room. The doctor examined me and I explained my situation. I am expecting a large settlement any day and would probably pay the entire thing off within the next few weeks. He finished the exam and gave me his estimate, (which I pretty much expected), it was around $3.0-3.5 thousand. He said give them a call when I was ready to have it done. I am not annoyed about the fact that he was not willing to accommodate me but the fact I was lead on by the receptionist. What was she thinking, that once I was in the door I would miraculously have the means to pay for the procedurethat day? Or that I was lying to her somehow? I wasted and entire afternoon because of this. I first called a dentist that had done my teeth cleaning (2 weeks ago) a doctor Wm.F. Dodson. They refused to set up a payment plan but at least they were honest and did not waste my time. It is hard enough to not have insurance and be in this humiliating situation, however. People need to think and not have such a greedy outlook when they are in this kind of business. Of course the doctors time is important and I respect the fact that they are running a business. However, there is no excuse for a staff that has been trained to mislead patience to bring them into the office.
