I didn't appreciate the long, uncomfortable process of just getting X-rays. Having two people shoving things inside your mouth while a third watches is never pleasant. This is especially so when it goes on for an excessive amount of time while staff chat about unrelated issues. I suffer anxiety over having my mouth and nose obstructed, and if the initial exam is that bad, I am VERY fearful of returning for more intensive procedures. Also, when calling back to inform them of an overlooked medical condition affecting the treatment process, the person answering the phone was unwilling to listen, and I have no confidence that the info to the dentist.
