    The first attempt at this appointment was terrible. I was told that my daughter was to have 2 of her wisdom teeth removed. We were there on time and after waiting for over an hour, we were told that the doctor she was to see had "left for the day" so we had to reschedule. I rescheduled and after waiting for this appointment for about an hour, I was asked "which" of her wisdom teeth had to be removed, I said, "I don't know, because I honestly didn't. I was never told which one, only that 2 of them had to be removed. Later I was told that she didn't need to have her wisdom teeth removed because she was too young. Long story short, we wasted our time and energy going to 2 SEPARATE appointments for nothing. Very disappointed. Not my 1st bad experience here either, once my kids braces are off, or maybe even before...I am never coming back. :( BTW, I had to rate them with ONE star because I couldn't post my review if I didn't at least give them one. Otherwise, they'd get ZERO stars.

    More than an hour in the waiting room. It was later explained that my change in health insurance increased the wait time, but given my last few visits, when they call they would usually ask if my insurance has changed, and the sign-in sheet includes a checkbox "Has your insurance changed". Neither was the case in this visit.

    Recepton is always nice and will answer any question you have. I usually always have a perfect experiance however on this visit my appointment was at 10:30 and wasn't seen by the dentist till 12:40 only to be told they couldnt extract my wisdom teeth. That i needed a referal to a different place. They over booked patients and they were all impatient.

    I was there for a ortho consult to see what the office could offer us. After my insurance wouldn't cover the braces. I know i didn't have a appt. But I was there from 1030 to 200. Needless to say I was a little done with the dentist office.

    I originally had an appointment with Dr. Berman and was contacted by your staff to be informed that Dr. B was going to be out and would I like to be seen by the covering dentist instead or would I like to re-schedule for another day. I stuck with seeing the dentist Dr. Peterson that was covering and he turned out to be equally great. He was very professional, personable thorough which I appreciated. I enjoyed the music, the relaxing atmosphere! : ) I've been super stressed lately and this was an unexpected but appreciated break in my day! Your staff was great as usual and quickly got me taken care of! No regrets on my part at all. I will continue to recommend West Coast Dental!

    Surgeon cut too much, cheek got slightly infected. When I called to get more Motrin they said I either had to make an appointment with my dentist or wait a week for the surgeon to make his bimonthly stop just to get a 300mg Motrin refill. If your going to mess up at least realize and don't be stingy with the antibiotics and painkillers.

    I was seen twice. The first time for an assessment the second time for a cleaning. I need a great deal of dental work done but as of yet I still have not heard from the office staff.
