Carolyn St. John is my dentist. She is always very sweet and says hi when she sees you in the lobby. Once she even offered to get me a coffee while she was getting one herself! She explains things very thoroughly. When she's performing a procedure like placing crowns, she's all business. She doesn't want to be distracted and somehow hurt you. I think that's a very good thing because I don't like to be hurt during a dental procedure. Any other time, her eyes are laughing and kind. I particularly like two of the hygienists there. Melissa is very affable and talks with you while she's working and after. I was wasting her time talking about my need for luggage, but she recommended a couple of stores. I actually bought my suitcases at one of the places she suggested! Nicki was my hygienist today, and I found her very friendly and gentle as well. She frequently suctioned the saliva out of my mouth during the cleaning, so I never had that feeling that I might gag. Very thorough and very friendly. I would highly recommend this office to my own mother if she lived in St. Louis.

We were referred here by 800 Dentist because of our insurance change. Everything was paid for with no out of pocket for us. My kids were very nervous about trying a new dentist but actually liked it better than the one we had been going to. The staff was younger and my kids liked that and felt very comfortable. They let me sit by the room so I could be a part of what was going on. The Hygienist and Dr showed me the xrays and explained what was going on with their teeth and options to consider. The front room staff was more business like but efficient and we only waited about 10 minutes before going back into the rooms. Overall a very positive experience.

This dentist is very impersonal and was observed directing her dental hygiene assistant in a very abrupt and inconsiderate manner. They were busy and we were rushed and asked to sign treatment plans??? She asked us if we had any questions but you could just tell she didn't want to answer any questions. I asked about a particular treatment and the dental hygienist was answering my question when the dentist directed her out of the room. I over heard their conversation and the dentist reprimanded the hygienist and told her she could not offer that treatment with the insurance that we had. My daughter and I both have return appointments for treatment and we may have to return because of insurance but I would avoid this office and this dentist at all cost. She is very impersonal and explains things to you as if you were a child. I felt as if I was being reprimanded by her. Don't use them unless you have no other choice.
