    The office visit was very very long..... Didn't get to meet Ms. Barbat and need to make another trip there for the purpose. Could've scheduled when it could all be done at the same appt.

    Called on an emergency , Dr returned call quick and set appointment. Showed up for appointment went thru the exam, stated that they had a couple options and they set second appointment. Got to second appointment did more X-rays sat with hygienist then met with dentist, he said there was only one way to handle this, then they took me in a room asked me to finance $2800 over what the ins would cover. Said I could not afford at the time and left. Went to my old dentist later that day he examined me then sent me to endodonist. Fixed my tooth did not have to remove then replace crown and it only costed $250 over what the ins covered. They were not expedient on curing my problem and the don't offer options, whatever makes them the most money that's what direction they go. Felt as if I was on a conveyor belt in a factory, each person along that way does and sells one option and you definitely pay for it. Not a great experience.
