I waited for almost an entire hour after my scheduled appointment. The cleaning took five minutes. The cleaning was horrible. Almost nothing was done. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Never wait more then a few minutes. Receptionists and Assistants are ashtrays smiling and pleasant. Dr. Kohanoff always explains things clearly and always mages me feel comfortable. The Best Dentist!

I called over the weekend, and apparently the dentist's office was closed at the time. Although Vanessa assured me that I would be contacted first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment, and even went as far as to suggest I may be able to be seen on Monday, I have still not received any contact from the dentist's office (as of Wednesday 9:30 PM). In my opinion, the referral I received was worthless, and I am now back in a position to try to find a dentist on my own.

I had a great experience and the doctor solved my tooth-ache problems right away. In addition I didn't spend more than $100 including meds with no insurance involved. Very happy with my experience.

I didn't end up going to Dr. Canbey's office. You guys sent me to the Northridge office instead because I cold get an earlier appointment. My appointment was for 10AM and I didn't get in to see the dentist until 10:40AM. No one was very friendly but they did a pretty quick and efficient cleaning. I'll probubly go back simply because it is a pain to contiue to see a new dentist everytime but I'm going to look for another in the meantime. Your service on the other hand was very good. Thanks.

My son is unemployed right now. That was explained to Devon and Susie at the office. He was to pay the $45 for the x-ray and I specifically explained to Susie we would have to billed for the filling. Now there was drama over the phone and I have to go there at the end of the day to write them a post dated check. NOT HAPPY cuz I know what I told the girl on the phone yesterday!!! wont be going back to him... talk about not working with people....
