About Our Office

Our state-of-the-art equipment helps our patients feel comfortable and know that they will be taken care of to the best of our ability. We educate our patients about proper oral hygiene, while upholding excellence in general dentistry. We are great with children and offer toys and videos so they feel comfortable coming to the office and establishing a good relationship with the dentist.

    Needed an appointment ASAP.... They were able to get me in and even asked to move my appointment up if I was available. Once there, everyone was extremely friendly and non-judgmental at the fact that I hadn't been to the dentist in a while.

    I found the staff at this dental office to be very efficient, especially the dentist so took his time to explain my procedure options. The friendly dental assistant quickly took my dental X-rays. The front office receptionist broke down the cost of what my insurance would pay as well as my remaining balance. A few days later, the dentist took about an hour to complete my procedure and the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. She even gave me a take home dental kit which included toothpaste, mouth wash. flossing pick and other dental floss. I'm going back in a couple of weeks for a follow up visit. I highly recommend this office.

    I have been looking for a dentist for about 3 years. I went through horrible clinic-type dentists and regretted it. Went to other dentists who dropped our insurance. Finally found Preferred Dental Care through 1-800-DENTIST. I am so grateful!

    My grown son was visiting from Auburn, Ca. My son had a toothache that was unbearable. Even strong painkillers could not ease the pain. He doesn't have dental insurance so I offered to pay for whatever it took to relieve his pain. He was pacing outside since sitting still seemed to be worse. He was going to go to the hospital emergency room. we called, they were backed up with an auto accident. I called a close friend who is an ER physician and he said he needs to see a dentist that night instead. I called 1-800-dentist and was given the name of the dentist that would be calling back and could meet my son at his office that evening. About 2 hours later the dentist called. I dealt with the call since my son was in too much pain. The dentist asked how old my son was... I said 35, then gave the phone to my son. I heard my son explain his condition and the degree of pain he was experiencing. The dentist said he could not go to his office that night, and told my son to call his office in the morning to make an appointment. I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years, and am close friends with many medical professionals. This was clearly a dental emergency, yet the dentist on call took 2 hours to return our call and then did not want to be bothered with going to his office on a Sunday evening. It was late by then.. I tried going through Redwood Empire Dental Association, but only had the option of leaving a message. My son took as many pain pills necessary to reach some level of comfort, went to the ER in the middle of the night, where they injected Novocaine to reduce the pain so he could make it back home.. a four hour drive. His wife, who is not used to driving long distances and has problems with night vision, was forced to drive before the sun was up. I can't even remember the dentist's name.. but my son describe his harsh demeanor and annoyance with being bothered at a time that was not convenient.     Thank you, for the first time in many years I walked away from a dentist thinking that her cared for me not my bank account. The denist offered me options, and explained the reasons and the services seemed reasonable. All in all a good experiance.
