How does your smile make you feel now?
Not only does my smile lower my self-esteem, it also affects my speech. My nickname was smilie growing up. I had a wreck in 1995 that broke the top teeth and cracked the lower ones. My trouble really started while pregnant with my son at 30. I had intense pain due to lack of calcium and decay, and then they started actually crumbling. In the past year I started a journey to better my overall appearence. I've lost 95 pounds and I know a makeover would be a big step to a new and better me.

What is the first thing you plan to do once you have your beautiful smile?

I would thank God for this. I would then thank and show the dentists who are making this possible how grateful I am for all they are doing for me. I would put on that dress I have wanted to wear but couldn't due to how much weight I put on after my son. I would finally get a picture of me smiling with my two boys. I KNOW A SMILE MAKEOVER WOULD BRING MY TRUE SELF OUT ONCE AGAIN AND START LIVING AS IF I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE WHOLE WORLD.
