We are rapidly growing our Patient Activator team and are looking for a Customer Service Technical Support Representative who will be the key point of contact for Member Dentists utilizing the Patient Activator software. It is extremely important that this person be able to maintain poise, professionalism, and courtesy at all times, especially when handling customers and any issues or complaints that arise.
Responsibilities Include:
- Web account setup and installation of software on client machines via remote access
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Logging calls, including call types, resolutions, and custom requests
- Educating members on service/software features
- Reconciling billing issues
- Assisting in the ongoing improvement of the product and service from customer feedback, competitive monitoring, and changes in marketplace
- Counseling dental practices regarding online and social marketing opportunities
Must Have:
- Technical & software inclination, as this job requires knowledge beyond the core product and service to others like Facebook, Twitter, Google Places, SEO, and online marketing
- The skills to successfully juggle in-bound and out-bound calls while managing other administrative duties
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills
- The ability to remain professional and courteous in handling customer issues
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and troubleshoot
- Collaboration with other key departments
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Call center experience a plus
Software Knowledge Requirements:
- CRM experience (PrismCS experience is a plus)
- Leads management or any support ticket system (GoldMine experience a plus)
- Online Support/Remote Access experience a plus (like a WebEx Support or GoToMeeting or Join Me)

This role will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and direction to our Call Center Team Managers with a focus on quality, service delivery metrics, compliance, and staff development. The focus of the 1 800 DENTIST call center is to maximize consumer-lead quality for our member dentists. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide call center Team Managers with regular performance feedback
- Coach, motivate, and empower staff to promote successful performance of tasks and responsibilities
- Support group and departmental goals for planning and implementation of call center strategies, that guarantee customer satisfaction and exceptional service levels
- Direct day-to-day activities of the customer care floor with a focus on sales results and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience managing customer service/sales managers in a fast-paced, quality-focused call center
- Demonstrated leadership success

- Proven experience with process development and improvement

Web Analytics and Conversion Manager
1-800-DENTIST is looking for a Web Analytics and Testing Manager who will help us take our industry-leading website to the next level. As our point person for all web testing, you’ll have a hand in spec’ing and testing every new, testable website feature. You’ll own website conversion - and also support our marketing and SEO efforts with reporting and technical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report website conversion by traffic source and conversion path
- Define and facilitate website feature requests, enhancements, wire-frames, business systems, resource planning, usability testing and A/B & multivariate testing.
- Contemplate how we can improve conversion, and then lead tests to prove out and achieve improved conversion.
- Provide recommendations related to web analytics, website performance measurement, and A/B and multivariate testing.
- Define and pursue ad hoc analyses that help inform future product initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and provide analytical support to business owners.
- Act as liaison between IT department and Product/Marketing Department. Develop weekly and monthly executive-level reports, synthesized from numerous sources to produce actionable product and marketing insights relating to: consumer behavior, site performance, new feature development and testing, and monetization of testing campaigns.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (Economics, Math, Statistics) or Computer Science preferred.
- 3-5+ years in an analytics role (ideally in web metrics)
- 1-2+ years of experience in statistical analytics (with an emphasis in Conversion Rate Optimization)
- 2-3+ years of project management (technical project management a plus)
- 1-2+ years of web development experience with a strong understanding of the DOM, server-side programming, web application architecture and SEO.
- Web development troubleshooting tools: Firebug (FirePHP, FireCookie) / HTTPFox
- Web analytics suites: Omniture SiteCatalyist, KISS Metrics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Website testing platform, examples: Sitespect, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymizer, Google Website Optimizer, etc.
- Statistical modeling/analytics: Monte Carlo simulations, Regression Analysis, etc.
- Experience with Google Webmaster Tools
- Microsoft Excel (VBA for Excel a plus)
- SQL experience and affinity for data structures and information architecture preferred
- Customer Segmentation experience a plus
- Great communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:
