Business Development Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful and organized Business Development Manager who wants to be a part of an innovative, growing and dynamic marketing team in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Our Business Development Manager will have the principal responsibility of finding new business opportunities and negotiating partnerships. This person will be responsible for acquiring and developing new and direct partnerships with high quality affiliates and ad networks on a pay per lead basis.

Responsibilities:

  • • Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and create execution plans
  • • Target, source, negotiate, and close deals
  • • Work with legal to execute deals
  • • Manage partnerships as needed
  • • Contribute ideas to improve quality, optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability
  • • Keep up with industry trends
  • • Develop and communicate deal pipeline on a regular basis
  • • Seamless transition of deals to the campaign manager

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • • Three years of experience in business development
  • • Significant experience with affiliate programs, display advertising, and online partnerships
  • • In depth knowledge of the online marketing industry and lead generation
  • • Strong vendor management/negation skills are essential
  • • Must have multi-tasking and problem solving skills, and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Able to effectively prioritize workload and manage direction changes
  • • Capable of working in a team environment
