1‑800‑DENTIST continues to grow- come grow with us! We offer flexible schedules both Full-time and Part-time hours We’re looking for an enthusiastic, articulate, motivated individual to join our customer care center. Base salary plus production bonus.
Responsibilities:
Customer Care Sales Specialists at 1-800-DENTIST are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from consumers and successfully matching them with a dentist who meets their needs. In this role you will:
- Gather information about the consumer and his/her need
- Use our internal matching software to match consumers with dentist practices
- Sell member dentists’ unique value points
- Successfully transition consumer calls to member dental offices via warm transfer
- Follow explicit guidelines, while remaining friendly, personable and compassionate
- Provide excellent customer service to both consumers and dental offices at a high conversion rate
Requirements
- Minimum two-year college degree preferred
- Phone-based sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
