the sounds of the neighborhood but
just because the sun came up and my body decided it had had enough sleep.
After that, I’d get myself ready for the day and have a hearty breakfast
(which would have to include some sort of potatoes). Then I would be out of the
house and off to wherever to enjoy the rest of the day as it unfolded.
The
best part of my perfect day would be the fact that, even if it involved working
for someone else, I wouldn’t have to be anywhere at any particular time and
could do whatever I wanted to do, or not do, for as long as I wanted to do,
or not do it. Some things that my perfect day would NOT include are a
cell phone, a computer, or a television.
What 3 websites do you visit
every day? 1800dentist.com, Google (of course),
and my favorite online banking Web site. Gotta check the money!
Do you have any hidden talents?
Yes, but if I told you what they were, then they
would no longer be hidden, now would they? ;-)
What have you
done that no one would guess you’d done, just by looking at you?
I have driven across the United States from the east coast
to the west, with no one in the car except one of my children, who was too young
to help me drive. The most unbelievable part of that journey (even for me) was
the homestretch, when I drove 23 hours straight, stopping only for gas and bathroom
breaks. When I finally arrived home, I got out of my car, took a 2-hour nap, a shower, and then went to church for an important event.
Name one food you could eat every day for the rest of your
life. Potatoes. Baked, fried, boiled, broiled, sautéed or steamed. Any
way but raw. It would HAVE to be potatoes!!!! They’re awesome!!!!
What’s one place you haven’t visited that you would really like to see?
I can’t narrow it down to just one because there are really
four:
The Dole Pineapple Plant in Oahu, Hawaii; Paris, France;
New York City; and Giza, Egypt in Africa, to see the Great Sphinx, the Pyramids
and to take a trip down the Nile River.
If you could have any
superpower, what would it be? To teleport. I
would LOVE to be able to teleport, because it would allow me to be anywhere
that I wanted to be on a moment’s notice. No traffic, no packing up things to
take with or bring back in case of emergency, no expensive travel costs like
gas or airplane tickets — just the ability to pop in and pop out whenever I
wanted to. ... Hmmm... I guess invisibility might help me out too.
Wouldn’t want to “pop” in to a situation at the wrong time and have
everyone see me do it.
What dental secret do you have that
you won’t even tell your dentist? I have no
dental secrets. Even if I did, I would be sure to tell them all to my dentist.
I was born with these teeth and I intend to die with every one of them still
in my mouth. If I keep dental secrets from the dentist, then I might miss an
opportunity to obtain a key piece of information that will help me make that
happen. And I surely hope that the dentist is not keeping any dental secrets
from me!
Why would you recommend 1-800-DENTIST to friends and
family? I repeatedly recommend friends, family,
and even strangers to 1-800-DENTIST because I believe that
1-800-DENTIST is
the best, fastest, most convenient resource available for finding a dentist
that will work with a person’s form of payment, meet their needs and many of
their wants, and best of all, schedule an appointment that is way sooner than
two months away! I believe that 1-800-DENTIST is a great way to find a
personalized match between a person who needs attention in their mouth
and a dentist who is qualified, licensed and AVAILABLE to meet their needs.
Many have tried, but the true bottom line is that there is nothing else like
it in the market today!
