Bret McAllister, Chief Technology Officer

As chief technology officer, Bret McAllister completely oversaw the development of www.1800dentist.com.

Bret leads the Information Technology teams who are responsible for the computer and telephony systems in use at Futuredontics, Inc. -- most importantly, those systems which ensure our Web sites and call center are up-and-running 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Directing hardware and software experts in developing applications in the latest Microsoft .NET technology, Bret is the chief architect of our proprietary referral delivery/reporting and business management software. In creating 1800dentist.com in 2002, Bret's teams brought to the Internet the same algorithms successfully used to match consumers with dentists in our call center.

Before joining Futuredontics, Inc., in 2000, Bret was the president of a systems consulting firm that provided systems infrastructure planning and business management consulting services to clients in the aerospace, legal, healthcare and insurance industries. Bret's technical competence is backed by certifications in networking from Microsoft and Novell, and in both application development and database administration from Oracle.

Bret earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Southern California: one in International Relations and one in East Asian Languages & Culture.
